The term “Meadowcraft Workshop”, "we", "our", "I" or "us" refers to the owner of the website and the copyright protected material published on it. The terms “you”, “your”, "customer(s)" or “users” refers to the user or viewer of this website.


Our website is intended for use as an online shop enabling you to browse, purchase, reserve or commission our products and services.  In using this website

you agree to:

   use this site responsibly and for the purpose for which it is intended

   ensure that your user name and password (if you have opted to register with us) are kept safe

   ensure that you have a valid PayPal account or credit/debit card before making a purchase

   be bound by all Terms and Conditions as laid out on this page and on other parts of our website

Pricing and VAT

All prices and postage costs on this website are given in British Pounds (GBP). We are not registered for VAT, and all prices are "as is".

Local Taxes

Non-UK customers are liable for any local and/or import taxes associated with your purchase(s) from our site.


When purchasing from us you agree to make full and immediate payment via our checkout process, except where we have agreed in advance to reserve one or more items for you. Failure to complete a payment transaction within a reasonable period will result in your order being cancelled and this will be notified to you by email from our website.

You are responsible for the correct functioning and validity of your PayPal account or debit/credit card. If you are unable to complete a purchase, please empty your basket and contact us immediately for assistance, as we may be able to reserve the item(s) for you.

We accept payment by PayPal as displayed throughout our website and on the checkout pages. Payment on this website is made via a secure third party gateway, which is fully DSS PCI compliant.

We do not accept postal orders, bank transfers, cash, or cheques via this website.

Promotions and Special Offers

From time to time Meadowcraft Workshop may offer discounts or other promotions on this website, which we promote through direct marketing (email) or through social media (Facebook/Twitter).  All discounts and promotions are subject to these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions as laid out in the promotion.  We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at any time without notice.


All competitions are subject to these terms and conditions in addition to any other terms and conditions relating to the competition.  Entrants may not post competition answers to forums or social networks. Entrants who attempt to reveal or disclose competition answers will be excluded from the competition.  Entries from sources of competition answers such as social networks and forums will be excluded from the competition.  We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

User Accounts

You are not required to register with this site in order to place an order or make an enquiry.

Privacy Policy

During the course of a transaction on this website you will be required to provide your name, email address, postal address and a daytime telephone number.

Your personal information is retained by our order management and accounting systems in accordance with UK Law. No part of your personal information will be sold or hired to any third party.

You may - at any time - request that we provide a copy of the records of your transactions with this site. Any such request must be made in writing to us.  In making such a request you may be asked to provide additional information in order to prove your identity, in addition to the personal information provided by you and the date(s) of the transaction(s).


We aim to ship all items within 3 working days following your payment being cleared by PayPal. From time to time we will be unable to ship within 3 working days, and you will be notified accordingly as soon as possible.

Meadowcraft Workshop items are shipped from the UK. All items are shipped in packaging suitable for the method of delivery and destination climate. 

All orders are shipped using the UK's Royal Mail First Class Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery service for UK Mainland destinations, and Small Packaet Airmail or Airsure for Europe, US and Canada.  

For overseas destinations items become untrackable via Royal Mail once they have left Royal Mail's possession and are in transit via local postal services. 

When orders are shipped we will inform you of dispatch and provide you with a tracking number if a service, which provides a tracking number, is used.  We do not track individual orders on your behalf, and you are responsible for informing us if your order is late in arriving or if you believe it to be lost in transit.

In placing your order with us you accept that we are not responsible for delays in the Postal Services caused by events such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or industrial action.

Overseas customers are requested to take into account our Public and Bank Holidays when ordering and estimating delivery times. 

Special Delivery and Airesure deliveries require a signature upon delivery.  Proof of ID may also be requested.


We hope you'll always be happy with your purchase from Meadowcraft Workshop. We take every care to ensure that they are well made and securely packaged before being sent to you.

Should you wish to return your item you must:

•          Contact us within 14days of placing your order with us. Contact us via email, telephone (international call charges may apply), or via our contact form. We endeavor to respond to you within 24 hours

•          Retain all packaging, dispatch notes/invoices, labeling and any other documentation associated with your purchase from us such as PayPal transaction report.

•          Address your item to 12 Golwg Yr Afon, Llangennech, Llanelli, SA14 8SX

If we agree to a refund in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you must:

•          Return the item to us with all packaging, dispatch notes/invoices, labeling and any other documentation received with your order within 7 working days of us having agreed a refund.

•          Use a recorded or special delivery postal service for the return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us and this cost will not be refunded. We do not accept responsibility for any returns that are lost in transit to us.

Where a refund is requested due to your having changed your mind about your purchase, you must:

•          Give a written reason in your initial contact with us

•          Ensure that the item(s) being returned is/are in a fully saleable condition

Where are refund or replacement is requested due to damage in transit, you must:

•          Provide evidence that the damage was caused in transit and not through your own negligence (e.g. using a knife to open the envelope)

•          Provide us with full details of the service that delivered the item(s) to you (e.g. UPS) if you have ordered from outside of the UK

In accordance with Health and Safety regulations, earrings are not returnable unless faulty.

Custom orders from Meadowcraft Workshop that have been made to your specifications are not eligible for a refund except in the case of faulty goods. This policy is in line with the Office of Fair Trading's Distance Selling Regulations (2000).

Please note that we do not refund items returned because they have been inappropriately purchased. See Safety Information, below.


Where a refund has been agreed in accordance with the conditions laid out above, the refund will be made direct to your PayPal account. Refunds cannot be processed via this website, and will be issued from our PayPal account.

Product descriptions

We take every care to ensure that product photographs are true colour representations. However, colour reproduction may differ between different makes and ages of computer screen. Our product listings also describe, in words, the colours of the item(s) for the benefit of colourblind customers, or those who use assistive technologies (such as screen readers) in order to use our website.

Custom orders

We are always happy to take orders for custom items from Meadowcraft Workshop. All custom items will be made based on your own design ideas and sketch (if provided) and within your desired timescale or as agreed between you and us and confirmed in writing. Custom orders are clearly marked with the name of the customer in an area away from our general shop. You must not purchase a custom item that has been reserved for someone other than yourself.

Changes can be made to the item before full payment is made as long as they are in line with the original design brief and description given upon deposit request. 

Custom orders must be paid for - in full- within 3 working days of completion and listing on our website. If you cannot pay for the item(s) within 3 working days of the item being listed, you must notify us as soon as possible.  If you fail to notify us within 3 working days the item(s) will be put on general sale.

All items including custom orders are thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch and we will not issue refunds or replacements unless the item has been damaged in transit (see Returns, above) or is found to be faulty. This policy is in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (2002).


Every effort is made to ensure that our site is as accessible as possible. This site is built using the Create platform and we are not responsible for any scripts, HTML markup or CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) that are generated by that platform and cannot be controlled by us. Should you experience any accessibility-related problems using this site, please contact us and we will endeavor to make improvements at the earliest opportunity.

Technical Support

Our shop is hosted on the third-party Create platform and uses the PayPal payment gateway, and we do not have full control over parts of this website's functionality. Should you experience any difficulty in placing an order or completing a payment, please let us know by email, telephone, or through our contact form. We will endeavor to assist you as quickly as possible, but please be aware that some technical issues will be beyond our control and will be referred to the relevant third party for further investigation.
